Parks & Recreation
fThe Parks and Recreation Department plans and directs year round recreational programs and operations.  The Director of Parks and Recreation supervise an extensive seasonal staff in coordinating the many activities planned and related to recreation fields, courts, buildings, pool, marina and related facilities.

Neff Park Ice Rink and Warming Room CLOSED for the Season

 

The Ice Rink and Warming Room are CLOSED for the season


Weather pending, the Ice Rink and Warming Room are open every 12:00/Noon until 7:00pm.  Join us for a warming fire catered with hot chocolate and s'mores every Saturday that the Ice Rink is open.  


Sixth Annual All Pointes Daddy Daughter Dance 

 

The Sixth Annual All Pointes Daddy Daughter Dance will take place on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Grosse Pointe South High School.  The dance begins at 6:30pm and runs until 8:30pm.    

 

This semi-formal event is for girls 12 and under.  Registration for the event opens February 1, 2017 and is $8 per person.  This includes single stem rose, appetizers, refreshments, and dancing.  Don’t forget your camera as there will be locations to take photos!  There will also be an opportunity to mingle with a Princess!


The 2017 Daddy Daughter Dance is brought to you by Henry Ford Health Systems.

Neff Park Marina - Open April 1st - November 1st

All boats must be out of the Harbor by November 1st.  Annual renewals with the minimum deposit of 50% is due November 1st with the remaining balance due on or before February 1st.  All wells that do not receive the required deposit by the deadline will receive a $5 late fee for every week that the deposit is not paid.  All wells not paid for in full by February 1st will be forfeited and offered to residents on the waiting list.

Grosse Pointe Boat Club Membership Application - Interested in boating?  Join the Grosse Pointe Boat Club.  Headquartered in the "littlest" Club at Neff Park, the club promotes boating and water safety, enjoyment and seamanship, while providing sociability and fellowship among is members.  Boat ownership is not required.  if you have questions, please visit www.grossepointeboatclub.com.

The City of Grosse Pointe Park will not be opening up use of their movie theater to the other Pointes as in the past.  It will remain open to Grosse Pointe Park residents and their guests only.
