Beautification Commission

Beautification and Architectural Awards
The City's Beautification Commission reviews properties in June in order to make nominations for the Annual Beautification Awards and Architectural Awards.  The City’s Beautification Commission has been administering beautification awards to homes and businesses for recognition of their exceptional maintenance and landscaping efforts for years. To expand on this effort, the Commission recently introduced the architectural category of review that will acknowledge projects that demonstrate improvements achieved through compatible architectural design, historical restoration, or demonstrated commitment to the art of architecture.

The deadline to submit nominations for the either category is June 28, 2024.  To submit a nomination, please complete the following nomination form(s) and return to City Hall, 17147 Maumee Ave.
