Upon completion, permit applications can be emailed to tbrennan@grossepointecity.org along with an electronic version of any plans or dropped off in the City Hall dropped box located on the corner of Neff and Maumee. Permit payments can be submitted by checks made out to "City of Grosse Pointe" or by credit card at City Hall. Questions can be directed to the Terry Brennan, the City's Building Inspector at 313-417-1180. Please coordinate inspections in advance.
Online Building Permit Payment and Application:
Applications and payments can also be made online through the Online Building Permit Payment and Application page. [Note: an online applicant will need to register with BS&A online services and obtain a PIN number from a City of Grosse Pointe Building clerk at 313-885-5800.]
